  11. Why is there always a delay before Pagestream patches are uploaded to
  12. the Aminet?

  14. I can not think of any logic behind delaying of uploading the patches:-
  15.  
  16.   - International users are disadvantaged by high costs for phone calls
  17.     to the BBS.
  18.   - Many people don't have a modem, but do know someone on the Internet
  19.     that could download the patches for them.
  20.   - The BBS is very unreliable - hard to get through to and suffers from
  21.     data errors at times.
