- Why is there always a delay before Pagestream patches are uploaded to
- the Aminet?

- I can not think of any logic behind delaying of uploading the patches:-

- - International users are disadvantaged by high costs for phone calls
- to the BBS.
- - Many people don't have a modem, but do know someone on the Internet
- that could download the patches for them.
- - The BBS is very unreliable - hard to get through to and suffers from
- data errors at times.
